The CCV.org prototype is built and every page is clickable, so the structure and design direction can be reviewed as a working site rather than as wireframes. On the CEN SGO side the school data agent reached 54,191 verified email addresses across 14,850 schools, and the enhanced contact list with named leadership at each school went across to your team last week. The CEN CRM automations were updated and presented, staff notifications now fire on every new inquiry, and automated testing was put around the CEN CRM with internal testers excluded from the sandbox numbers so the funnel reflects real school activity. The Theodore migration starts this week, and the September 9 CCV.org relaunch and the October 1 SGO launch remain the two dates the work is paced against.
What we need
What we need from CCV.
Open decisions and inputs, and what each one releases.
7 items
| What we need | Details |
|---|---|
| 1. Content inventory for the CCV.org rebuild | The full list of videos and written pieces each page needs, roughly ten to twenty items. This is now the item most likely to move the September 9 date, because the build work is scheduled around it. Once it lands we can set a joint filming and writing schedule. |
| 2. A photo library for CCV.org | The prototype uses placeholder images pulled from the current site so the layouts read properly. The real build needs your own photography, so a folder of approved images at the highest resolution you have would let us drop them straight in. |
| 3. Source list for the daily email automation | Building Daybreak, the new daily email, needs the list of topics, keywords, and news sources it should draw from each morning. An email, a short voice memo, or a document all work. This is the last thing between the design and a working build. |
| 4. Content approach for the Issues section | How the twelve issue areas should read, and how much of the existing Ohio material carries across into them. A first pass is being drafted for your review, so a steer on the direction now saves a rewrite later. |
| 5. A name for the new Ohio show | The Narrative continues as it is. The second show still has no name, so the wireframes are carrying a placeholder rather than putting an unconfirmed title in front of you. A decision releases the branding and the page that goes with it. |
| 6. Social media access for CEN SGO | Two gaps left. YouTube, where the access we received was for the CCV channel rather than the CEN SGO one. And X, where we can post but only the account owner can change the banner. LinkedIn came through this week and is now in use. Meta and Reddit are both sorted. |
| 7. The Daybreak logo and branding | We understand your comms team has produced this and that it has been signed off, but it has not reached us yet. Daybreak sits at the top of the homepage, in the daily email and in a banner across the site, so those three cannot be finished around a placeholder. |

Prototype built, full build to the September 9 relaunch
The main CCV website. The prototype is built with every page clickable, so the structure and design direction can be reviewed as a working site. The full rebuild runs to the September 9 relaunch.
| Item | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Design review with your team | AIDM and CCV | This week | The clickable prototype is ready for your team to walk through. Every page is in it and navigable like a real site, so the structure and design direction can be judged properly before the build starts. |
| SEO report | AIDM | This week | The search performance report for CCV.org, covering where the site currently ranks and what the rebuild should carry across. |
| Issues section as a resource hub | AIDM and CCV | In progress | Confirmed on July 20: the Issues section stays and is reframed as a resource hub, modeled on the FSI page. It carries what CCV does, what it believes, and citable resources such as data points and graphs, which is the kind of material news agencies and AI tools already pull from pages like it. A first-pass proposal is being drafted for CCV review. |
| CCV social automation | AIDM | August | Starter content and scheduling automation for the CCV.org channels. |
| CCV.org rebuild | AIDM | Sep 9 | Build mode starts early to mid August once the wireframe is approved, for the full rebuild on WordPress and a September 9 relaunch. The August date is the build start, not the launch. |
| Content archive in the restructure | AIDM | Sep 9 | Nothing is deleted in the restructure. Older content is archived rather than removed, stays searchable, and remains findable through the footer, while current content moves front and center. |
| Pillar microsites | AIDM | With the CCV relaunch | Dedicated sites for the CAN, CBP and Policy pillars alongside ccv.org. |
| Brand-family social automation | AIDM | From August | Scheduling and automation across the CCV family of brands and their channels. |

Platform build and CEN CRM, Theodore migration starting
The CEN SGO platform, the sandbox and the CEN CRM behind them, all on censgo.org. The Theodore migration starts this week and the platform build runs to the October 1 launch.
| Item | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| CEN SGO email marketing go-live | AIDM | This week | The mailbox question is resolved and the inbox is confirmed. The final email copy is the last item before sending goes live. |
| Theodore data migration | AIDM and CCV | This week | 213 Ohio school profiles are moving onto the new SGO platform. Migration execution starts this week, following the data mapping and cleaning done with your team. The full history and validation follow through Q4, before Theodore is retired ahead of its December 2026 contract end. |
| CEN SGO site copy refinements | AIDM | This week | A pass across the site copy following your team's notes, covering wording that did not read the way CEN wants it to, terminology that assumed too much knowledge, and leftover build notes. The donor page note is already cleared. |
| SGO platform build | AIDM | In progress | Build underway on the accepted design, on track to be operational October 1. |
| School outreach through the CEN CRM | AIDM and CCV | In progress | The School Partnership Director is now the primary booking contact for school administrators, is linked into the CEN CRM, is working through training on the tool, and is running outreach with the earlier restrictions removed. A phone outreach tool he is comfortable with is being evaluated to connect into the CEN CRM. |
| CEN CRM feature testing | AIDM | With your team | The agreed features from the sales-process document are built and in place: AI lead summaries, due dates with an overdue filter, contacts grouped by school with manual add and remove, and phone as a lead source. The build is complete on our side and it now sits with your team to test and tell us anything that is missing. |
| CEN Ohio affiliate program retirement | AIDM | August | CEN's Ohio-based affiliate program, 213 schools on Theodore, retires alongside the Virtuous cancellation. A transfer and training campaign moves those schools onto the CEN CRM, timed as a renewal moment. |
| School marketing kit | AIDM | September | A ready kit for each school: profile, branding, flyers, social posts, standard emails, and guides to promote the scholarship program to families. |
| SGO state landing pages | AIDM | As states onboard | Branded landing pages across twenty-plus states as each program comes online. |
| Demo-submission tracker | AIDM | Planned | A wanted feature to track who was sent a sandbox link, whether they logged in, and how many times, to support CEN sales follow-up. |
| School profile completion URL | AIDM | Open | A school-profile completion URL for the Ohio renewals season is still open. The new platform is not ready to take live intake yet, and the 213 Ohio schools on Theodore need a migration plan first. AIDM will come back with the approach. |

Parent site wireframe under way
The Christian Education Network parent site, separate from the SGO platform on censgo.org. This is the third of the three websites and it is at the wireframe stage.

| CEN parent site wireframe | AIDM | In progress | The wireframe for the Christian Education Network parent site, the third of the three websites. First feedback is in and being worked through before the design stage. |
CCV Command Center
In progress
Design view and the donor data cutover
The Command Center is where we build the tools and automations the CCV team runs the organization from. What is starting now is the automations the CCV.org website needs, beginning with Daybreak, a CRM for the full communications team to replace Virtuous, and the marketing module alongside it. The modules that follow the October launch are listed underneath, in the order they are planned.
| Item | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Comms team CRM | AIDM | This week | The full CRM for the CCV communications team, replacing Virtuous before its subscription ends. The prototype build has started and the target is the CCV comms team fully onboarded ahead of the Virtuous end date. The cloud-hosted CEN CRM rolls into this. |
| Daybreak automation | AIDM | In progress | The automation behind the daily email and news feed on CCV.org. It gathers and shortlists each morning's stories for review before the send. It is waiting on the source list of topics, keywords and feeds. |
| Command Center design view | AIDM | In progress | The v1 prototype is designed, covering navigation, screens, and module content, with the supporting technical documentation reviewed. It starts with the comms team CRM and adds modules, features, and team access as each product is built. |
| Fund management migration | AIDM and CCV | In progress | The working session with your finance team is delivered, and the fund management process and the weekly reconciliation approach are both confirmed. |
| Financial reporting | AIDM | In progress | Two things to settle before the build: day-to-day visibility for your finance leadership in the donor dashboard, and confirmation of which financial reports must keep running after the Virtuous cutover. |
| Donor data migration | AIDM and CCV | Before Sep 10 | Migrating roughly 40,000 donor contacts out of Virtuous, CCV's donor CRM and separate from the CEN CRM, with cleanup underway since less than half are estimated active. The cutover has to complete before the Virtuous subscription ends in September. The build sequence depends on the fund management questions being confirmed first. |
| State compliance engine | AIDM | Sep 30 | Automated compliance tracking and reporting across twenty-plus states, with audit-trail management. Phase 3 is the September milestone. |
| Executive dashboard | AIDM | After Oct 1 | Leadership KPIs across every pillar and department, board reporting exports, donation tracking and growth metrics. |
| Department dashboards | AIDM | After Oct 1 | A dashboard per department with its own KPIs and automated workflows, covering CEN SGO, CAN, CBP, Policy, Pro-Life, Communications, Advancement, Operations and Facilities. |
| SGO admin panel | AIDM | After Oct 1 | Application processing, scholarship scoring, disbursement management and program configuration. |
| Training and LMS | AIDM | After Oct 1 | Onboarding portal, training videos with completion tracking, and a document library. |
| AI agents | AIDM | After Oct 1 | An executive assistant agent, department agents and an AI blog content tool. |
| Internal request systems | AIDM | After Oct 1 | Maintenance, IT support and workflow ticketing in one place. |
| EOS integration | AIDM | After Oct 1 | Connecting the EOS you already use, meaning rocks, goals and weekly snapshots, into the dashboard so the leadership rhythm runs from the same place as everything else. It is an integration with your existing system rather than a new one, and it sits last in the Command Center integration order, after CEN SGO and the affiliate and partnership work. |
| Marketing module | AIDM | Planned | Campaign management and the reporting behind it, so marketing runs from the same place as the comms team CRM rather than alongside it. |
